Knitting machines galore since one is never enough, photo tutorials, and knits gone wild

Honey, What Red Lips You Have

I’ve always wondered, were these machine knit to wear or knit to display? Having been to numerous knitting seminars, it’s a valid question.

Lordy, I might have nightmares after looking at those! I notice that the strapless one won a blue ribbon.

I wonder what the critera was to win. Seriously, what could it have been? It can’t be originality because people get ideas like this, but as a joke, they just don’t follow through because it would be idiotic. Maybe it was chutzpa, or ability to buck society. There you have to give it to the designer.

What worries me is that winning only encourages the person who came up with this garbage. lol

Kyoko–Very clever!

Well, knit to wear, of course. And the blue ribbon dress was hand-woven. The machine knit dress didn’t win a thing, except being featured on your and many other blogs - thanks!
