A mock rib cable twist pattern gives some stretch to this pair of Reynolds Cantata socks.
Pattern assumes you are comfortable knitting socks. A brief description and graph of the cable pattern are included.

To alter size, simply add extra columns of cables to increase width or extra pattern repeats to add length.
